Overview of Ladle Overhead Crane:
As for the harsh environment, 7x24 hours working circle and heat radiation from furnace, melting iron and CCM caster, safety and reliability is the first consideration for crane selection in steel plant. QDY Model bridge foundry crane is specially designed for steel plant working condition. It is mainly used transfer molten iron from melting furnace to CCM for continuous casting. Thus, we manufacture the crane strictly subject to China Casting Industry Requirement on steel melting cranes. We take care of every details to guarantee that sinokocranes support our clients by the excellent performance of its cranes.

The thermal-protective coating and insulation layer is added at the bottom of the main girder. The casting overhead crane are heavy duty for 20-24hours working.


Features of Double Girder Ladle Handling Crane:
1. High Working Class: A7-A8 (FEM 4m-5m) for 7x24hours continuous working
2.Cable: Heat resistance silicon rubber insulated cable
3. Heat Radiation Protection: insulation layer is added at the bottom of the main girder.
4.Control cabin: use industry cooler to protect electric system and operator
5. Steel material: High yield strength Q345B steel plate welded as the main structure
