Double beam grab bridge crane is a heavy lifting machinery. When heavy loads and large spans are required, the two beam bridge cranes show their strength. They can offer 450 tons of various customer choices.
QC double beam overhead bridge crane consists of main girder, end frame, lifting platform, complete electrical system and control system.
The components used are standard equipment for well known manufacturers, and have been approved by our testing laboratories for specific crane operations. Their characteristics in impact, vibration, wear and safety are investigated. Continuous high quality standards are guaranteed by mass production and standardized components.
The electrical equipment is installed on the crane beam, in the steel plate control cabinet.
All movements can be controlled by the main contactor of the control station to control the emergency closing switch.

The long stroke and the cross stroke are restricted by the preliminary limit switch and the final limit switch.
