3. Features and automatic control process of Garbage Crane
The crane running situation is one working and one standby application or two running at the same time.
a. Manual control: the drivers manipulate the crane through the linkage console to complete the movement, the lifting of the grab, the grab, the feeding and so on.
b. Advanced semi-automatic control: the driver can judge the garbage status and material level, then select the location of grabbing and placement， and enter the number of repetitions, the crane automatically start from the parking position, move to the grab point, grab down, grab rubbish, grab up， Move to the feed inlet, weigh, feed, return to the parking point or repeat the action again and again. With the function of crawling, running, weighing, putting, returning the entire process cycle automatic operation and automatic repeat operation, and also has automatic fault diagnosis.
c. Automatic detection of the state of the grab: when the amount of grabbing does not reach to the requirements, the grab automatically re-crawl, when the amount of grab is overloaded, which will unload automatically and automatically re-crawl.
d. Automatic fault diagnosis and alarm: automatic overload, inverter failure, and shutdown, alarm.
e. Automatic grasping and lifting: At the automatic and manual state, grab has automatic grasping and lifting function at the same time, so as to reduce manual operation intensity and reduce the starting times of grab and lifting motor.
g. Stirring: stir the new garbage into the garbage pool with rubbish that has been piled up for a certain period of time, so as to make the rubbish evenly distributed. Stirring independently in the crushing completed area and the domestic garbage area.
h. Parking: When working under automatic control, the crane will stop at the place where the instruction is completed after grasping. If it needs to repair or avoid another crane, the operator simply clicks the "Parking" button and the crane will automatically lift Grab to the set height, the trolley will move to the set position, the crane will move to the parking area.
i. Manual operation is high priority: In an automatic control mode, there are manual control functions, and manual in priority, that is as long as the operator touches the linkage platform operating handle, automatic control mode immediately stop and turn to manual mode.
